Inclusion criteria: Elective surgery requiring oral ETT Parents willing to give consent Age 1 to 10 years ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with acute respiratory infection Known laryngeal or tracheal pathology Congenital developmental disorders Craniofacial or head and neck malformations Syndromic association Previous surgery of upper airway History of tracheostomy
