Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I to III Body weight more than 40 kgs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local infection at the injection site Presence of sepsis Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics Severe neurological, muscular, or psychiatric disorders Deranged coagulation profile Deranged liver function tests (LFT) and kidney function tests (KFT)

MeasureTime frame
The proposed study is expected to reveal whether hydrodissection significantly improves the characteristics of supraclavicular brachial plexus block (SBPB), particularly in terms of faster onset, prolonged duration, higher success rates, and reduced complications. It anticipates that hydrodissection will facilitate more accurate local anaesthetic spread and enhance procedural safety. The results may support hydrodissection as a valuable adjunct in ultrasound-guided SBPB.Timepoint: at baseline, 0 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 in, 25 min 30 min, 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, 24 hours
