Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 12 years of either gender diagnosed with mild to severe Global Developmental Delay using Trivandrum Development Screening Chart. Parents willing to provide written informed consent. Children fit for Marma Therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with severe systemic illness. Children with uncontrolled epilepsy or acute neurological illness. Children with severe congenital anomalies requiring emergency treatment. Children with severe visual or hearing impairment interfering with assessment. Children receiving any other intervention for Global Developmental Delay during the study period. Parents or guardians unwilling to provide written informed consent or children not fit for Marma Therapy.
