Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with normal delivery and Ceasarean Section- Age- 20-40 Yrs Parity- All primi will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk pregnancies like severe anaemia, Pre-eclampsia, Eclampsia, PPH.
