Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with Acute Renal Colic pain to Emergency Medicine (Clinical diagnosis / Radiological diagnosis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection in the area of injection 2.Patients who have received any analgesic before presentation 3. Known case of kidney disease / Cardiovascular disease 4. Patients who are allergic to NSAIDS 5. Pregnant and lactating women
