Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: known Diabetic for more than six months to one year, diagnosized having sarcopenia, willing to Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating Mothers. Hemodynamically Unstable, Not ambulant, sick or who has Osteoarthritis, Kidney related disease, lactose intolerance/ sensitivity, with known food allergies to any ingredients used in Sarco-Bites. Persons with Disabilities. Adults with Hypervolemia or Organ Failure and those who are unwilling to participate.
