Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The source for selection of all the diagnosed cases of Hasah al-Kulya wa Mathana will be from the Outpatient department (OPD) of Moalejat and Surgery A.K.Tibbiya Hospital who fulfil the inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of renal neoplasms renal tuberculosis pyelonephritis acute glomerulonephritis or polycystic kidney disease Uncontrolled hypertension Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Patients with excessive alcohol intake
