Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals irrespective to their gender caste creed religion and socio economic status 2 Participants having BMI with in 18 to 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with any systemic illness and dyslipidemia. 2 Those currently or recently taking Deepana-Pachana drugs or digestive enzymes that may affect Agni assessment. 3 Any known hypersensitivity to Ghrita or dairy intolerance. 4 Pregnant and lactating women due to hormonal and digestive variations. 5 Individuals with mental health disorders that may interfere with assessment or compliance. 6 Subjects unwilling or unable to follow dietary restrictions or study procedures
