Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 3 to 6 years irrespective of gender The patients will be selected based on the presence of classical symptomatology of Vibandha Patients will be selected based on ROME IV critera

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 3 years or above 6 years will be excluded patients presenting with symptoms of an anal fissure patient present with known case of Hirschsprung disease Intestinal obstruction Intussusception Paralytic ileus Haemorrhoids or Congenital anomalies and Worm infestation Patients associated with systemic illness such as Anaemia Hypothyroidism Intestinal tuberculosis or any other chronic debilitating disease
