Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children diagnosed with cerebral palsy Age between 4 and 8 years Gross Motor Function Classification System level 2-3 Baseline Pediatric Balance Scale score of greater than or equal to 20/56. Able to stand with or without minimal assistance. Medically stable. Primary caregiver willing to participate in the multisensory stimulation program and maintain an adherence diary. Written informed consent obtained from parent/legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower limb orthopedic surgery within the previous 6 months. Botulinum toxin injection within the previous 3 months. Uncontrolled seizure disorder. Severe visual impairment affecting balance assessment. Severe vestibular disorders. Severe cognitive impairment preventing participation in assessment procedures. Participation in another structured rehabilitation research program during the study period.
