Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical sign and sympyoms of Yakrit Vikara Having fatty livr Grade 1 and Grade 2 based on USG Liver fuction test showing raised Alanine amino transferase more than 1.5 times the normal limits with or without raised lipid profile and fasting blood sugar level within normal limits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and over 60 years Known case of chronic renal failure ,ischemic heart disease ,congestive cardiac failure ,liver cirrhosis. Known case of Acquired immune deficiency syndrome pregnancy and lactation prolonged medication for various systemic disorder Known case of Chronic debilitating disease likr tuberculosis ,uncontrolled diabetes mellitus ,severe hypertension ,cancer etc.
