Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IT professionals with at least one year of work experience. Aged between 25 and 45 years. Willingness to participate in the intervention program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Employees undergoing treatment for psychological or severe physical health conditions Employees with divorce and widowed civil status Employees with severe alcohol and other substance abuse other than nicotine
