Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ADULTS AGED 20-70 YEARS, CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS OF CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS WITH RADIOLOGICAL CONFIRMATION CHRONIC SYMPTOMS OF ATLEAST 3 MONTHS PATIENT WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN STUDY VIA SIGNED CONSENT FORM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age above 70 years, patient requiring surgical intervention, severe neurological deficit, red flag symptoms, concurrent use OF conventional analgesics or steroids, preganancy and lactation.
