Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 to 60 years. Individuals with either upperback pain from thoracic level 1 to 12 or lumbar level 1 to 5 or both. Chronic back pain lasting morethan 3 months. Individuals providing Informed consent. Both male and female population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal trauma or fracture. Any shoulder or spine defromities. History of prior abnormal movement or function of scapula. Any previous shoulder or spine surgeries.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the muscle length of scapular muscles, specifically trapezius,rhomboids major, rhomboids minor, pectoralis,leveator scapulae, lattisimus dorsi and to investigate the correlation between scapular muscle weakness or stiffness and back pain.Timepoint: Day 0
