Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-menopausal women, including surgically induced menopause, from 45 years to 75 years of age. The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria (Using history and physical examination): Pain in knee & 3 of following: Less than 30 mins. of morning stiffness. Crepitus on active motion Bony tenderness Bony enlargement No palpable warmth of synovium Pre-diagnosed and Diagnosed cases with AP view of bilateral knee X-ray. Degenerative changes according to Kellgren/Lawrence method up to 2nd & 3rd grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other joint diseases such as Inflammatory or autoimmune. Known cases of life-threatening diseases such as carcinoma. Surgery planned during study period. Patients under other pharmacological interventions for knee osteoarthritis and are not willing to leave that.

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in scores of KOOS questionnaire after administration of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines.Timepoint: At baseline KOOS score will be taken. Followed by Score record every15th day, then at the end of 3months
