Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.SAS-SV Addiction level - Score 31 for males,33 for females of smart phone addiction scale -short version. 2.Willingness to participate. 3.Students come to schools regularly with 75% Attendance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological or Psychiatric illness. 2.Enrolled in Special education programs due to learning disabilities. 3.Currently enrolled in other behavioral or academic enhancement programs. 4.Musculo skeletal anomalies, open wound in leg and foot. Recent spinal, lower limb, upper limb Fracture, tumor or surgery.
