Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18- 60 years 2 Either male and female 3 Patients with classical features of Anidra 4 Participants having difficulty in initiating and maintaining sleep. 5 Patients willing for Pratimarsha nasya karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Dushta Pratishyaya (chronic rhinosinusitis) 2 Krimija Shiroroga (head ailments by infection) 3 Madhyapi (habitual drinkers) 4 Badhirya (deafness) 5 Any Insomnia except Screen-induced. 6 Insomia with head injury, severe complication
