Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with difficulty in shoulder movement (unilateral/bilateral). Symptoms present for more than 3 months. Clinically diagnosed cases of Adhesive capsulitis. Known case of Diabetes Mellitus and or Hypothyroidism with Adhesive capsulitis. Patient with decreased AROM more than50degree in two or more planes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: age less than 40 and more than 60 will be excluded Pregnancy and lactation. History of Shoulder injury and surgery, use of local corticosteroid injection within the last 3 months or current corticosteroid therapy. Shoulder symptoms due to causes other than AC. History of any systemic, metabolic, and infectious diseases
