Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years (young adult and middle age adult) Clinically diagnosed lumbar radiculopathy by neurologist MRI-confirmed lumbar disc herniation Acute to subacute symptoms (12 weeks) Pain intensity less than 4 on NPRS Positive neurodynamic test (SLR between30 70degree and/ or slump test ) Patients having radiating pain from the lumbar
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe neurological deficits (e.g., progressive motor weakness, cauda equina syndrome) Spinal fractures, tumors, infections, or inflammatory diseases Systemic neurological disorders (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis) Pregnant and lactating women Previous lumbar spine surgery
