Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Isolated unilateral ACL injury confirmed by clinical examination,Lachman test, anterior drawer test and MRI imaging Single-bundle ACLR performed using anteromedial portal technique within 6 months prior to enrollment Self-reported knee instability or functional limitations Able to provide informed written consent Willing to comply with assigned rehabilitation protocol and study assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multi-ligament knee injuries Previous ACL reconstruction or revision History of lower limb surgery,other than current ACLR Inflammatory knee conditions,rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus Degenerative joint disease, OA grade II or higher on radiographs Severe concurrent medical conditions precluding participation in physical therapy Pregnancy or planning pregnancy during study period Concomitant significant injuries affecting mobility
