Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maxillary and mandibular 1st and 2nd molars with Class I dental caries. Positive cold test response. Diagnosis based on Wolters classification as moderate and completely irreversible pulpitis. Vital pulp confirmed after access opening from all the orifices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with previous endodontic therapy, crwons, or extensive restorations. Patients with systemic illness or conditions that impair healing, such as immunocompromised individuals. Teeth with periodontal pockets more than 3mm or advanced periodontal disease. Acute periapical abscess or cellulitis.
