Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with Frankl behavior score of 3 or 4. Child who has bilateral maxillary teeth indicated for extraction. Lack of history of allergy to the materials used for anesthesia . Children free of any systemic disease or special health care needs. Subjects with written informed consent which will be obtained from their parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who were allergic to local anesthetics Patients who had a significant medical history Patients who had adverse reaction to any past dental treatment. Patients who has a site of active pathosis in the injection region Patients who were taking any medication that might affect anesthetic assessment
