Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patellofemoral joint pain lasting for more than 6 weeks. 2.Occurrence of anterior knee pain during walking, running, jumping, going up and down stairs, and other physical activities. 3.Knee pain during specific load exercise. 4.Age between 18 and 45 years old. 5.Positive patellar grind test. 6.Score 50 to 80 on Kujala Questionnaire. 7.Patellofemoral osteoarthritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Chondromalacia. 2.Hamstring and quadriceps muscle inflexibility. 3.Presence of external injuries to the knee joint, such as impact, blows, cuts, burns, contusions, etc, or presence of skin rupture bleeding or subcutaneous bleeding. 4.Presence of inflammation, patellar subluxation or subluxation, and ligament injuries of the knee. 5.Arthroscopy of the knee within the last year.
