Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients between age of 18 and 65 years Clinically and radiologically confirmed lumbar PIVD (MRI- proven) ASA physical status I or II Presence of chronic lower back pain with or without radiculopathy for more than 6 weeks. Persistent symptoms despite conservative treatment for 6 weeks. No prior lumbar epidural steroid injection in the past 3 months.
