Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having unilateral radiating pain in lower limb below knee. Patients having Positive SLRT less than or equal to 70 degree. Patients having Minimum to moderate disability up to 40 percent on ODI Scale. Patients give written consent to participate. Patient who able to complete ODI scale. At least one neurological sign, altered sensation, diminished reflexes or muscle weakness present corresponding to involved nerve root.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spondylolisthesis, Spondylitis. 2. Red flags: spinal tumors, cauda equina syndrome, spinal fractures, osteoporosis, infection. 3. Pregnancy and Gynaecological problems. 4. Psychological disorders affecting subjects ability to follow instructions. 5. Spinal surgery.
