A short cartoon will be shown to the children in cases group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age Up to 4 years, ASA grade 1-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Low visual acuity, parental refusal, global developmental delay, need for preoperative medication, improper goggles fitting

| The acceptance and smooth wheeling-in of the child will be assessed using the Patient behaviour score by the researcher. The compliance with induction will be checked using the Induction compliance checklist score .Timepoint: The patient will be worn virtual reality goggles from pre op area till the induction. | — |

| The parental satisfaction scale will be documented when the child will be separated from parents in pre operative room & taken towards the operating room.
