Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age Patients above 24 hours of ICU stay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients stayed in the ICU for less than 24 hours unless death Traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage Hematological diseases which may alter platelet count or packed cell volume or red cell mass
