Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist ASA physical status class I and II Both gender Age more than 60 years undergoing elective procedures. Patients or legally responsible relatives consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA class III IV due to other systemic comorbidities and V Age less than 60 years Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular renal hepatic or endocrine disease Refusal to consent by patient or legally responsible relative. Patients who are intubated and on mechanical ventilation Emergency surgeries
