Intervention1: Instrumented-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization: Hot pack for 20 minutes. IASTM at least 2-3 min on each muscle. Strengthening and stretching exercise . The treatment will be given 3 day

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 25 to 45 years. 2. FHA more than and equal to 46 and FSA more than and equal to 52 3. Patients with some associated degree of discomfort, such as neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. 4. Those willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of degenerative lesions in cervical intervertebral discs. 2. History of neck and shoulder trauma or surgery 3. Malignancies of soft tissues and joints 4. Congenital neck and shoulder deformities and recent fractures
