Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 180 patients,90males and 90 females are selected with deep caries mostly with diagnosis acute irreversible pulpitis are selected.these 180 patients were divided into 3 groups 60 patients in each group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients chronic cases,open apex , periodontal problem , patient with comorbidity were excluded
