Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 2 to 15 years attending routine immunization at the tertiary care center. 2. Written informed consent was obtained from the participant s legal guardians. 3. Children receiving any of the following vaccines: o DPT Booster-1 (at 2 years) o DPT Booster-2 (at 5 to 6 years) o Measles second dose (at 2 years) o Japanese Encephalitis (JE) second dose (at 2 years) o Tetanus Toxoid (TT) (at 10 years) o Anti-Rabies Vaccine (ARV) (ages 2-15 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any physical or mental illness. 2. Children with blindness or deafness. 3. Children with a known history of epilepsy or severe motion sickness. 4. Children with infections, burns, or injuries to the face, head, or neck that interfere with VR device placement. 5. Children not accompanied by legal guardians for consent.

To determine the acceptability and feasibility of VR implementation in pediatric healthcare settings. To compare the effectiveness of VR with other non pharmacological interventions such as toys, music and videos.
