Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radiological evidence of upto 8mm in kidney ureter urinary bladder and utrehra. Patient of both sexes and age group 18 to 60 years respective of religions socio economic states occupation will be taken . Patients complain in burning or dribbling micturition or both. Patient willing to undergo trail and ready to give informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calculi of size more than 8mm. Patients having Moderate or severe Hydronephrosis. Complications related to Kidney Ureter Bladder like Acute renal failure chronic renal failure Polycystic Impaired renal functions. Other chronic disease like TB Hepatitis STD Serology positive. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patients will be dropped if they develop any complications during the course.
