Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colligiate going table tennis players with a minimum one year playing experience and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant upper limb injury, musculoskeletal disorder affecting upper extermity, neurological or cardiovascular disorder, recent musculoskeletal surgery, current participation in advance sports training program.
