Inclusion criteria: Cases of Kati Shoola with Degenerative Disc Disease diagnosed and Confirmed with X-ray Chronic Low Back Pain History Less than Three Months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute spinal Injuries Fractures Infections and Malignancies Severe Systemic Illness Post Surgical Cases
