Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students with age group between 18 to 25 years Apparently healthy without any musculoskeletal complaints Both male and female participants Participants willing to participate and provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any recent surgery involving lower extremity past 6 months History of any lower limb injury in last 6 months Presence of any cardiovascular disease Presence of any pulmonary disease Presence of any neurological disease Presence of any vestibular disease or visual impairment which restrict physical activity Presence structural deformity like scoliosis and limb length discrepancy History of low back pain
