Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45 to 70 years Both Male and female Diagnosed with Knee Osteoarthritis Grade 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent knee surgery Ligament injury Neurological disorders Rheumatoid arthritis Severe deformity
