Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treated cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and declared cured successfully as per the NTEP guideline with recurrent symptoms or worsening of symptoms of post TB patients including cough, fever, haemoptysis, breathlessness, chest pain, with or without radiological worsening for 3 months. The patients are not responding to regular therapy for post-TB obstructive lung disease and any other alternative diagnosis has been ruled out.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active pulmonary tuberculosis including patients on multi drug resistant TB treatment. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with MDR or XDR TB treatment.
