Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 8 to 15 years regularly attend the selected school. Ability to carry school bags using both shoulders independently. Children from schools in Jaipur. Children carrying a bag weighing more than 10 percent of their body weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past injuries or disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. Any congenital defect. Chronic illness influencing posture or mobility. Inconsistent school attendance during the study period. Children carrying a bag weighing less than 10 percent of their body weight. Children with a past medical history of Congenital Heart Diseases and underlying Respiratory conditions will be excluded.
