Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All peoples with Diabetes attending RHTC of SRIHER who give consent for the study 2. Able to understand and respond appropriately (no cognitive or major psychiatric impairment) 3. Able to communicate effectively (no significant hearing or speech difficulty)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to participate in the study
