Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of age 21-45years 2. Pregnant women willing to participate 3. Undergoing IVF ICSI with either fresh or frozen embryo transfer. 4. Singleton or twin gestation resulting from single or double embryo transfer. 5. Embryos at blastocyst stage (day 5) or cleavage stage (day 3). 6. Use of preimplantation genetic testing will also be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine anomalies or untreated intrauterine pathologies (e.g., fibroids, Asherman s syndrome). 2. Medical comorbidities that independently affect pregnancy outcomes (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, renal disease, chronic hypertension). 3. Known thrombophilia or clotting disorders. 4. Use of gestational carriers/surrogacy. 5. Not willing to participate in the trail. 6. Previous history of recurrent pregnancy loss,
