Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: individuals between age group 18-60 years of either gender will be selected. individuals having classical signs and symptoms of sthaulya . individuals with BMI from 25 to 29.9Kg/m
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals having BMI equal to or more than 30 kg per m (obesity II) known case of diabetes, hypothyroidism and hypertension Pregnant or lactating women Patients on medications like anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, anti-epileptics etc. or on long term steroid treatment Obesity due to genetic causes Obesity associated with endocrinopathies (Cushing syndrome etc) Patients of Sthaulya with its severe complications like cerebral vascular disease, ischemic heart disease etc. Cases with alcohol dependence and drug abuse.
