Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with age range between 30-60 years Male and female participants willing to be part of the study Fasting blood sugar more than 100 mg per dl and up to 125 mg per dl Postprandial blood sugar greater than 140 mg per dl and up to 199 mg per dl Participants with moderate Mental Well Being assessed via Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well Being Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years Fasting blood sugar less than 100 mg per dl and more than 125 mg per dl Postprandial blood sugar less than 140 mg per dl and more than 199 mg per dl Any psychiatric disorders Patient participated in other diabetes prevention programs Patients suffering from any severe systemic diseases
