Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the clinical efficacy of vitamin C infused Titanium platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF) membrane with conventional T-PRF membrane in root coverage procedures for the management of gingival recession.Timepoint: baseline, 1 month and 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the percentage of root coverage achieved using vitamin C infused T-PRF membrane and conventional T-PRF membrane alone. To compare the reduction in gingival recession depth between two groups. To compare the gain in clinical attachment level following treatment in both groups. To evaluate and compare changes in the width of keratinized gingiva between the two groups. To assess and compare soft tissue healing and clinical stability during the follow-up period. Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month and 3 months
