Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volleyball players aged 18 to 25 years. 2.Minimum one year of Volleyball playing experience. 3.Free from injury at time of testing. 4. Both male and female players are eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with current or recent musculoskeletal injuries. 2. Players with recent surgery (6 months). 3. Players undergoing any other structured training program. 4. Players with any cardiovascular disorders.
