Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be between 18 to 25 years of age. 2. Both male and female participants are eligible. 3. Participants who are not injured. 4. Participants who have at least 1 year of experience of playing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants younger than 18 years of age and older than 25 years of age. 2. Participants who have undergone any surgical intervention (6 months). 3. Participants who have undergone any musculoskeletal injury (6 months). 4. Participants who are enrolled in different training programs. 5. Participants with cardiovascular disorders.
