Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 70 years, Chronic localized musculoskeletal or neuropathic pain for more than 3 months, Mild moderate and severe categories, Intact skin at application site, willingness to comply

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to oil components, Use of topical analgesics or corticosteroids in past 14 days, Active skin infection or open wound at site, Pregnant or lactating women, Significant hepatic or renal dysfunction complicated or uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia

MeasureTime frame
Assess change in Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS 0 10) from baseline to Day 28 following twice-daily application.Timepoint: 28 days—

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate change in Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) total and subscale scores. Assess change in active Range of Motion (ROM, degrees) of the affected joint. Monitor safety and local tolerability (CTCAE v5.0 grading of erythema, pruritus). Document patient-reported improvement via Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC). Timepoint: 28, 35 days—
