Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Duration of PA shoulder 3 to 6 months. Stage of PA shoulder II-III stage. After undergoingn conventional therapy in physiotherapy department. Periarthritis shoulder persons recovered to thawing stage with 65% of ROM NPRS less than 3. No Pain at rest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder injuries in last 6 months. Any musculoskeletal/medical conditions affecting elbow and wrist.
