Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residing in the study location hospital senior living facility for atleast one week for hospital settings three months for the senior living facility for the environmental factors to affect the individuals mental health condition and there is no sprcific time periood required for individuals residing in the community

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive or sensory impairments preventing participation using RUDAS Any chronic medical condition which is not under control will be excluded Older adults undergoing Psychiatric treatment will be excluded Terminally ill or critically hospitalized patients will be excluded
