Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Participants of either gender in the age group of 20-45 years who represent the working-age population. ii. Individuals familiar with manual material handling tasks, such as students and adults involved in weightlifting, manual labourers, or trained athletes who can safely perform repeated lifts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. History of injury or surgery and presence of cardiac, respiratory, vestibular, or neurological conditions that limit exertion or balance. ii. Participation in vigorous physical activity, fatigue, or acute illness prior to testing and requirement for braces, supports, or orthoses during lifting.
