Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who provide written informed consent for participation in the study. 2.Patients scheduled for daycare surgery under general anaesthesia. 3.Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II. 4.Patients aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with the history f allergy of propofol and etomidate. 2.Pregnant or lactating mother. 3.Patients previously diagnosed with hypertension, known case of coronary artery disease(CAD) or cerebrovascular(CVD) disease, obese patients with BMI over 35,and those with known cases of preoperative hypotension.
